Before and After School Assistance

We offer reliable before and after school assistance to help children and families start and end their day smoothly. Our team can support morning routines, school drop-offs, afternoon pick-ups, homework, appointments, social activities, and settling in at home. We also provide goal-focused support such as emotional regulation strategies, building independence, developing routines, and supporting positive social interactions. With a focus on safety, consistency, and genuine connection, we help each child feel confident and supported while giving families peace of mind during busy times of day.

Independence and Skill Building

We believe in empowering you to live as independently as possible. Our team provides practical, hands-on support to help you build confidence in everyday tasks — from cooking, budgeting, and personal organisation to using public transport or developing social and communication skills. We work alongside you, at your pace, to strengthen your abilities and reach your personal goals.

Mentoring and Transition Assistance

We offer mentoring and capacity-building sessions designed to help you develop confidence, problem-solving skills, emotional regulation strategies, social connection, and independence. Working alongside you to set meaningful goals and build the skills needed to achieve them whether that’s organisation, communication, healthy routines, community participation, or life-skills development.

We also provide transition assistance, supporting people through important changes such as starting school, moving between services, preparing for work or study, building new habits, or navigating life stages. Our approach is calm, person-centred and strengths-focused, ensuring each participant feels safe, understood and genuinely supported.

One off and Irregular Supports

We offer flexible one-off and irregular supports to help when you need it most, from daily living tasks to community outings, social activities, appointments, and skill-building. Whether it’s a single shift or occasional help throughout the year, our warm and consistent team provides person-centred care that supports independence and gives families peace of mind.
